• linking the state budget with the follow-up system of the government's program.

• follow up the implementation of the budget performance regularly with ministries and government agencies.

• universal principles budget responsive to the needs of women within the strategic project funding in coordination with the Supreme Council for Women.

• Develop the view of ministries and government agencies budget in compliance with the transparency principle.

• Identify outputs and achievements in order to have better management results.
