The Ministry of Finance and National Economy (MoFNE) continues to achieve and accelerate sustainable development goals and to leverage the efficiencies of the private sector in quality, optimal cost, and time for delivering major projects, goods, and services. In this regard, MoFNE has issued a manual that includes a detailed technical and financial guide to facilitate partnerships between the public and private sectors.

It works through the Ministry of Finance and National Economy to benefit from the capabilities and expertise of the private sector in providing the best services or supplying goods at the lowest costs, in addition to alleviating the financial burdens on the state’s general budget and enhancing transparency and integrity in partnership procedures with the private sector. In this regard, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy has issued a guide to regulating partnerships between the public and private sectors.
