The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, today received the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, HE Miyamoto Masayuki.
HE the Minister highlighted the depth of bilateral relations, particularly within the financial and economic fields, which contribute to investment opportunities that benefit both countries.
HE the Minister then welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador and wished him success in his diplomatic endeavours.
HE the Minister and the Ambassador of Japan discussed developments in the global economy and ways in which existing ties between the two countries could be further developed.
