The Minister of Finance and National Economy, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, today received the US State Department’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Arabian Peninsula Affairs, Mr. Daniel Benaim.
During the meeting, HE the Minister highlighted the depth of historic and strategic ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America.
HE the Minister noted the importance of further developing Bahrain-US partnerships, particularly within economics and finance.
HE the Minister welcomed Mr. Benaim to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and took part in a discussion of regional and international economic and financial developments, including issues of common interest.
